I actually wasn't feeling very well and was hoping he would not want to play in the snow when we got home. First thing he said when we got in the car was, "Let's go home and play in the snow!". How could I say no. I reminded him that playing in the snow is a daddy activity, but since daddy was in Kentucky I would fill in.
I asked if he wanted to build a snowman, but he thought a snowball fight would be more fun. It was not my idea to take off the gloves, but Brady thought it would help him throw a little better.
Brady then noticed that one of our neighbors was shoveling their driveway. Since the next day was supposed to be in the 50s I had planned to just let the sun melt it the next day, but Brady insisted that we shovel the driveway and that he would "help". He ran into the driveway and grabbed the bag with the sand toys and found the shovel. Hopefully his desire to shovel continues until he is old enough to handle the real snow shovel.
